This last winter I made a decision to compete in triathlon. I bought a book, set a schedule, and got to work. The only problem was I just kept getting more and more run down. No matter how I thought I was taking care of my body, I just couldn't keep up with the energy demands of my training schedule. The only area that I could think of I hadn't changed was my diet. Finally, I asked a friend who is training for Ironman who was working with them on their nutrition, and she said Ben Greenfield. If you want to learn your ideal nutritional plan, lose weight or gain muscle, avoid injury, get stronger or faster, and identify weaknesses in your training program, this meeting is for you.
- Each consultation includes a comprehensive written follow-up report that features personal recommendations and feedback. You may repeat your one-time consultation during the year as desired.

Face-to-Face Personal Training with Ben Greenfield

Personal training through Pacific Elite Fitness is designed as a comprehensive metabolic, nutritional and fitness service. Rather than purchasing a certain number of "sessions" with your trainer, you simply choose a complete training package that best fits your needs.
This is a concierge personal training service unlike no other, with complete support and guidance through every step of transforming and maintaining your body. All training sessions are located in downtown Spokane, at Champions Sports Medicine (730 N. Hamilton St.). In addition to personal training, you will have full access to a medical staff that includes sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists. Each training package includes the following:
- Monthly metabolic and VO2 max testing to determine your exact caloric needs, fat burning and maximum fitness response heart rates, and unique biochemical and nutrient utilization profile.
- Monthly body composition and fitness testing to assess your response to training and implement necessary changes to your program.
- Detailed workout calendar and nutritional plans, with daily instructions for every aspect of your program - fitness, diet and lifestyle!
- Unlimited phone and e-mail access to your trainer.
- Monthly pricing shown below includes full metabolic testing.
- Groups of up to 4 persons are welcome. Each additional individual is only $200/month! That means you can divide any of the prices below by the number of friends you decide to train with.
