Complete 10 rounds of the following:

  • Station 1: 250 meters Rowing Machine* (*bonus*: try to complete in under 1 minute)
  • Station 2: 25 reps of 95lb Barbell Bench Press
  • Station 3: 25 Little Bigs
  • *if you don't have access to a rowing machine, substitute a 250 meter sprint.
