Extreme Workout Challenge #5: Metabolic Booster

Instructions: Perform the following exercises with minimal rest. Complete the entire circuit 6x. Each time through, add 1 rep to Swing Squats and Super Slow Pushups, and add 2 reps to Mountain Climbers and Pullups.

  • 5 Swing Squats per side
  • 30 seconds Jump Rope or Run
  • 5 Super Slow Pushups
  • 10 Mountin Climbers per side
  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 seconds Bicycle Sprint or Run

Time Limit: 50 minutes
