Extreme Workout Challenge: Clean This! Videos are in Quicktime format. If you need the free Quicktime player, click here. Instructions: Perform 1 set of 10 repetitions of the Clean & Jerk exercise (pictured below). Use a weight that forces you to failure by the 10th rep (75% body weight is recommended). After the set is completed, perform the following: Either one set of suicide sprints in a basketball gym, making sure to touch *every* line OR one 60s sprint on a stationary bicycle. Complete 7x (Clean & Jerk + Suicide Sprints OR Bicycle) Time Limit: 20 minutes |
