In the initial phase of your complete wellness program, a certified exercise professional will visit your facility to conduct one-on-one interviews with enrolled employees, gathering pertinent exercise, health, and nutrition information to design a customized program for each employee, complete with ideal goals and a fitness/nutrition program for each employee. This invidivual is your corporate personal trainer, and will be equipped with the knowledge and forms to conduct a synergestic interaction between the employee, the employee's physician and your corporate health insurance to design the proper individualized program.
After data is gathered, your corporate personal trainer designs a customized exercise and nutrition program for each enrolled employee. Each individual will receive their programs via e-mail, as well as access to exercise photo and video libraries and a free wellness article database.
In addition, once a month, your corporate personal trainer will visit your facility to present a wellness seminar on fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices, as well as conduct a group Q&A on the corporate wellness fitness and nutrition plans.
